3. No Client Relationship Is Formed Here
Contacting the firm — through this website, by email, or by phone — does not create a client relationship, and nothing you send us before an engagement exists is treated as confidential client information. A client relationship begins only when the firm and the client have both signed a written engagement letter.
4. Engagements
The Services are provided under a separate written engagement letter, which governs the scope of the work, the responsibilities of each party, the fees, and the term. Where an engagement letter conflicts with these Terms, the engagement letter controls as to that engagement.
